Lipsticks! What's your type? (REVIEW)

HELLO!~
I've finally thought of giving a review on lipsticks! I think I haven't spoken anything which relates to lipsticks.. have I? (O___o) I have too many lipsticks in my drawer and I sort of felt guilty for spending all that money on them~ because I can't finish even a single stick of it. Maybe just one because that came in a small stick. LOL~now there's just a pile of expired lipsticks sleeping inside my drawer. =(

oh kay~these lipsticks aren't expired ones yet these are the new ones!
I've chosen 5 different lipsticks to review on. If you see one you like, make sure go grab them ^_^v

These lipsticks might be out of style/date (not expired) because they always come out with new lipsticks every month! Hmm~maybe it's just me. But I do feel like brands had been coming out various lipsticks constantly....say like 2 months per lipstick? lol

I have 3 brands here
LANCOME, Maybelline and REVLON

Coral Crush, Sugar Frosting, Buttercup, Sugared Maple and Love It!

Sequence from left to right
REVLON 005 Sugar Frosting
MAYBELLINE 515 Coral Crush
MAYBELLINE G53 Buttercup
LANCOME Color Design Sugared Maple Sheen
LANCOME Color Design Love It! Cream

REVLON 005 Sugar Frosting

Colour intensity:  ★
Level of moisture:   ★  ★
Level of long lasting:  ★
Packaging:  ★

I got this on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart because I heard from friends saying that this lipstick is super good because it is moisturising. I got this colour because there weren't any other colours left for me to choose from. I love the packaging, very feminine and stylish but I'm not a fan of how the casing works. There's only a small black bottom for gripping. Maybe I'm used to the traditional lipsticks packaging where I can use 3 fingers to grip the bottom part and open the case.

MAYBELLINE 515 Coral Crush
Colour intensity:  ★  ★
Level of moisture:   ★  ★
Level of long lasting:  ★  ★
Packaging:  ★

I'm madly in love with this lipstick at the moment. This is a gift from a friend~ The colour is not showing up right in the photo but I can tell you that this is an orangey colour lipstick. Looks perfect with any eye makeup for this summer! =D Again I don't really fancy their packaging because of the grip. Hmm maybe I have chubby fingers that's the problem (x____x)

MAYBELLINE G53 Buttercup
Colour intensity:  ★  ☆
Level of moisture:   ★  ★
Level of long lasting:  ★  ☆
Packaging:  ★  ★

I love the colour of this lipstick! I would wear this lipstick whenever I had heavy eye makeup simply because it tones down my entire look and gives me that sexy effect. Plus, it works well with Gyaru makeup (^__^)
Most nude lipsticks tend to make your lips look super dry and cracks but this one doesn't. The level of moisture is excellent but it's not long lasting. Packaging is very old fashion but who cares? What important is on the inside! =D

LANCOME Color Design Sugared Maple Sheen

Colour intensity:  ★ ★ ★
Level of moisture:   ★  ★
Level of long lasting:  ★
Packaging:  ★  ★

I usually would wear this lipstick if I'm going for that Rockstar look. I think it's suitable for a simple but dark eye makeup. I sort of feel like this colour is not suitable for my skin tone. But I still wear it anyways because I love the colour =D I did not purchase this. It came as a sample gift from products I bought from Lancome.

LANCOME Color Design Love It! Cream

Colour intensity:  ★ ★ ★
Level of moisture:   ★  ★
Level of long lasting:  ★
Packaging:  ★  ★

Again, this is a sample gift from Lancome~ I don't use this colour as much because whenever I use it I feel like I'm in my 40s. LOL~ maybe it's the colour that's specially designed for people that age range.
I put 5 stars for the packaging simply because the weight is fairly light compare to the other lipsticks.

So what's your lipstick style this summer? ^____^
Til my next post~!
